Refund & Replacements

Stones Corner Flower Shop is a locally owned and operated small business, we care about our customers, if our customers are happy with their flowers and plants then we’re happy too.   We understand and appreciate the importance of customer satisfaction, word of mouth referrals and repeat business. 

To ensure customer satisfaction, we use the freshest available seasonal blooms and foliages in all our bouquets and arrangements.  The flowers are in the best possible condition when they leave our shop and are delivered with flower care instructions attached.  To prolong flower life, we recommend un-wrapping your bouquets and re-cutting the stems on a sharp angle before placing them in a vase full of fresh water.  We also recommend that you refresh the water in your vase or arrangement’s container daily.   Direct air-conditioning, fans and extreme heat can also have an adverse effect on flowers, so it’s best to place them in a cool position away from direct sunlight and air-conditioning.

We make every effort to create flowers as close as possible to the images on our website, however we reserve the right to make necessary substitutions if particular flowers are not in season or are not of good quality on the day of delivery.  Our flowers are usually delivered in tight bud with a few flowers starting to open,  in this way they last longer and you can enjoy watching them bloom.  Typically, your flowers should last 3 – 7 days, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers you have sent or received, please contact us with in 48 hours so we can rectify any errors or oversights that may have occurred.   

If we are satisfied that the flower care instructions have been followed, we will be happy to resend replacement flowers at our expense.  To assist us is assessing the flower quality, Stones Corner Flower Shop will require you to send photo’s or images of the original flowers with in 48 hours of the delivery date.  It is our policy to collect the original flowers when we make the replacement so that we can improve quality control by showing our growers and suppliers what has happened.  Regretfully, we cannot arrange to send replacement flowers if the original flowers are disposed of and images are unavailable. 

If, by mutual agreement, it is decided that replacing the flowers is not possible or appropriate, we will arrange for a full refund.

Order Cancelation

All cancelations will incur an Administration/Processing Fee, please read our Cancellation Terms below:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are already with our courier on their way to delivery.

Cancelations received LESS THAN 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Cancelation received MORE THAN 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee. 

Or you may opt for the full refund value to be issued as a credit on your Stones Corner Flower Shop On-line Member Account to avoid the cancelation fee.

It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that the delivery address they have provided is correct and accessible, if we do have to re-deliver due to any circumstances, there will be a re-delivery fee.  Please read our ‘Delivery Policy for full delivery details.
