Please Provide The Correct Patient Details

Don’t take the chance of your flower delivery going astray because you have not provided the correct patient information.

It’s best to call the Mater General Hospital on 07-31638111 - before placing your order, to ensure the patients delivery details are correct.  The information you provide should including the name the patient is registered under, their hospital ward and where possible their mobile phone number.

Patient’s are usually admitted under the name on their medicare card, so newly weds are sometimes admitted under their maiden name.

Also check that the patient is in a ward that allows flower deliveries, the Mater General Hospital has a ‘no flowers’ policy for patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).  It’s best to wait until they have been moved to a regular ward, where flowers are allowed, before placing the order.

To avoid disappointment and additional delivery charges, it’s also a good idea to make sure the patient will not be discharged from the Mater General Hospital prior to the flowers being delivered. If we are unable to complete a hospital delivery because the patient has been discharged, the flowers will be returned to our studio. The sender will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery address and a re-delivery fee will apply.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund under these circumstances.
